Overnight Oat Chia Pot

If you are looking for a quick and tasty breakfast, this takes minutes to prepare and is ready to go the next morning (or in a couple of hours if you are in a rush).

Serves 2

 

INGREDIENTS

To finish 

  • Nut butter

  • Blueberries

For the oats

  • 50g porridge oats

  • 1 scoop of @vivolife chocolate protein

  • Pinch of salt 

  • 240 ml water

For the chia porridge 

  • 40g chia seeds 

  • 1 scoop of @vivolife whole 

  • 250 ml water

METHOD

  1. Start by mixing the oats with the protein, salt and water. Set aside and store in the fridge for at least 20 minutes. 

  2. Mix the chia seeds, whole and water in a separate bowl and store in the fridge.

  3. After at least 20 minutes, add half the oats to a glass or jar (great for breakfast to go). Top with nut butter and blueberries. 

  4. Repeat in the other glass or jar.

  5. Now add half the chia porridge and top with nut butter and blueberries. 

  6. Repeat with the other glass/jar. 

  7. Store in the fridge from anywhere between a couple of hours or overnight before devouring.
