Green Demigod Smoothie Bowl
INGREDIENTS
1 scoop of vanilla protein (I used vivolife ritual)
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
Your favourite multi nutrient powder (optional)
Your choice of berries to garnish
Granola
Coconut flakes
200ml plant based milk
1 large banana - preferably frozen
1/2 avocado - preferably frozen
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 peeled and sliced kiwi - (save half for garnishing the bowl)
Handful spinach
10g broccoli sprouts (optional)
METHOD
Blend the milk, banana and avocado together until smooth.
Add the lime juice, half the kiwi, spinach, broccoli sprouts, protein powder, flaxseeds, chia seeds and multi nutrient if using. Blend till smooth and creamy.
Pour into a bowl, topping with the berries, remaining slices of kiwi and granola.
